Organic white tea with grapefruit & Timut pepper flavour
Timut pepper or "Timur berry" grows on small trees endemic to Nepal near the Terai region, known as Buddha’s birthplace. A spice with a sacred character, with a unique acidic and citrus leading flavour, part of every dish in Nepalese cuisine (momos, thukpa, chutneys, etc.) and served as a token of hospitality to guests.
