The story of Azuka, a producer of organic tea in Japan
I am Asuka Kumada, I live in Kagoshima and my family has been producing teas for 50 years. I'm only 31 but I have learned the profession and have been working in tea for 11 years.
The farm is a family one and I live near here and work every day with my mother: I get so much pleasure from harvesting the organic tea shoots which will give a delicious tea!
Tea is essential in my life and in Japan, tea is rooted in culture and guarantees us good health.
I would like to make Japanese tea known all over the world because I love to travel!
